Our certified and licensed therapist provides specialized therapy for grievers who have experienced loss, trauma, anxiety, and depression. She selects treatment modalities to best meet the needs identified by her clients.

We offer 1:1 therapy sessions by appointment at various locations throughout the community. We have licensed and certified therapists and counselors for adults and children.

1:1 Grief Mentoring
1 hr | By Appointment | Donations Accepted
Group support is not comfortable for everyone. We offer 1:1 Grief Mentoring sessions by appointment. You’ll be paired with a crisis-trained chaplain (CISM) who can offer individual guidance and support. Please note: Mentoring is peer-to-peer and these facilitators are not licensed counselors.

Grief Support Group

Our Grief Support Groups meet in a safe, comforting settings to discuss the struggles that accompany grief/loss, and offer support in a compassionate and understanding environment. Our groups provide the tools and resources needed to support anyone moving through grief. Facilitators are trained and certified counselors, therapists, or grief educators. (Childcare is not available at this time)

Kids Grief Support Groups
Our Kids Grief Support Group will meet in a safe and kid-friendly setting and offers support for kids K-5 in a compassionate and understanding way.
Licensed Massage Therapy
1 hr | By Appointment | $60
Our licensed massage therapist offers two types of therapeutic massage: traditional massage therapy and Reiki Energy Healing. These methods can be used in combination or separately depending on the needs and comfort level of the client.

Yoga
1 hr | takes place monthly at Saturdays at the Sanctuary
A certified instructor will guide participants through a Christ-honoring experience that will soothe, body, soul, and mind. This series uses gentles stretches and breathing and is suitable for beginners.
Book Study: The Moon Is Round

Join us for a six-week study of the book The Moon is Round by Molly Huffman. We’ll read the book and gather for conversation around important topics and themes pertaining to Molly’s journey through grief. Participants will gain insight and hope through her story and find strength and encouragement for their own journey. These sessions will meet in-person April 5, 12, 19, and May 3, 10, 17 at the sanctuary. An online option will be available for those who cannot attend in-person.
